Target has lots of vegan and cruelty-free mascara options. Cruelty-free mascara can be hard enough to find, but making sure a mascara is also vegan proves to be a challenge. Vegan mascaras can be hard to find because most of them contain beeswax, a non-vegan ingredient. Other ingredients could be animal-derived as well so it is always a smart idea to ask the brand to verify if a product is vegan. Even if a product looks vegan, if there are any questionable ingredients, it is always smart to ask the brand to verify. Here are some of the best vegan and cruelty-free mascaras you can find at Target, in-store, and online.

Well I saw this and thought oh my goodness and clicked on it instantly, keeping my hopes low as I’m in the UK and with this being Target-based, and low and behold there’s ELF!! That ELF mascara is going straight on my wish list! 😀
Also, I didn’t know Milani was still cruelty free. I thought there was a big mishap with their cruelty free status a couple of years ago but that’s amazing to hear they are definitely cruelty free! I can finally try them now they are stocked in Boots! 😀
I love your blog Jessica; it is so unbelievably helpful! Keep blogging!
